All photographs and content on this website are the property of Carlos Reina Silvestre. Images may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced, or used in any way without prior written consent.

Purchasing a digital image grants the buyer ownership of that specific copy, but the copyrights remain with Carlos Reina Silvestre even after purchase.

Carlos Reina Silvestre acknowledges its responsibilities in capturing images by photography or other means, particularly with reference to:

• The Protection of Children Act 1978;
• An individual’s right to privacy under The Human Rights Act 1998; and
• The Data Protection Act 1998.

Usage Terms

You may use purchased content in any way not restricted (see Restricted Uses below). For purposes of this agreement, "use" means to copy, reproduce, modify, edit, synchronize, perform, display, broadcast, publish, or otherwise make use of the content. Please review the Restricted Uses section for exceptions.

Restricted Uses

• No Unlawful Use: Content may not be used in a pornographic, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful manner.

• No Subscription Abuse: Content not used within 30 days after the end of your subscription cannot be stockpiled, downloaded, or otherwise stored for future use.
• Sensitive Use Disclaimer Required: If using content featuring models or property in a way that could be unflattering or controversial, you must indicate that the content is being used for illustrative purposes only and that any person depicted is a model (e.g., "Stock photo. Posed by model."). No disclaimer is needed for "editorial use only" content used in an editorial manner.
• No False Representation of Authorship: You may not falsely claim to be the original creator of a work composed largely of licensed content.
• No Products for Resale: Unless you purchase an extended license, you may not use content in goods or services intended for resale where the primary value is the content itself, including but not limited to cards, stationery, calendars, apparel, posters, DVDs, mobile applications, or other items for profit.
• No Electronic Templates: Unless you purchase an extended license, you may not use content in electronic or digital templates intended for resale or other distribution (e.g., website templates, business card templates, electronic greeting card templates).

Refund Policy

We strive to provide the highest quality of service and products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below:

• Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for digital images once they have been delivered unless there is a significant defect or error on our part.
• Services: If you need to cancel a booked photography session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Complaints: If you have any issues with the products or services received, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product or service. We will work with you to resolve any concerns.
